# Managing Employees

Manage multiple users within QR Campaign as an enterprise user. Follow these instructions to utilize the features in this section.

### Accessing Employees

You can access the Employees section either by navigating to [Employees](https://app.qrcampaign.io/employees) directly or by clicking on **Employees** from the left-hand side menu after logging into your account.

### Employees Overview

When you first click on **Employees**, you will see a page displaying all your employees. Here you can:

* **View**: Click on an employee to view their details.
* **Delete**: Remove the employee by clicking the delete icon.
* **Add Employee**: Click on the **"Add Employee"** button to add a new employee.

#### Action Section

In the main Employees page, the **Action** section allows you to:

* **View**: Open the employee details.
* **Delete**: Remove the employee.

### Adding an Employee

To add a new employee, click on the **"Add Employee"** button. You will be taken to a page where you can enter the employee's details:

* **First Name**: Enter the employee's first name.
* **Last Name**: Enter the employee's last name.
* **Email**: Enter the employee's email.
* **Password**: Enter a password for the employee.
* **Location**: Enter the employee's address.

Click the **"Save"** button to add the employee.

### Employee Login

Each employee will be provided with their own login credentials and space within the system, allowing them to manage QR codes, vCards, contacts, and other relevant features independently.
