Managing Employees

Manage multiple users within QR Campaign as an enterprise user. Follow these instructions to utilize the features in this section.

Accessing Employees

You can access the Employees section either by navigating to Employees directly or by clicking on Employees from the left-hand side menu after logging into your account.

Employees Overview

When you first click on Employees, you will see a page displaying all your employees. Here you can:

  • View: Click on an employee to view their details.

  • Delete: Remove the employee by clicking the delete icon.

  • Add Employee: Click on the "Add Employee" button to add a new employee.

Action Section

In the main Employees page, the Action section allows you to:

  • View: Open the employee details.

  • Delete: Remove the employee.

Adding an Employee

To add a new employee, click on the "Add Employee" button. You will be taken to a page where you can enter the employee's details:

  • First Name: Enter the employee's first name.

  • Last Name: Enter the employee's last name.

  • Email: Enter the employee's email.

  • Password: Enter a password for the employee.

  • Location: Enter the employee's address.

Click the "Save" button to add the employee.

Employee Login

Each employee will be provided with their own login credentials and space within the system, allowing them to manage QR codes, vCards, contacts, and other relevant features independently.
