# Managing Affiliates

Manage and track affiliates linked to your QR codes in QR Campaign. Follow these instructions to utilize the features in this section.

### Accessing Affiliates

You can access the Affiliates section either by navigating to [Affiliates](https://app.qrcampaign.io/manage-affiliate) directly or by clicking on **Affiliates** from the left-hand side menu after logging into your account.

### Affiliates Overview

When you first click on **Affiliates**, you will see a page displaying all your affiliates. Here you can:

* **View**: Click on an affiliate to view their details and the QR codes connected to them.
* **Delete**: Remove the affiliate by clicking the delete icon.
* **Add Affiliate**: Click on the **"Add Affiliate"** button to add a new affiliate.

#### Action Section

In the main Affiliates page, the **Action** section allows you to:

* **View**: Open the affiliate details and connected QR codes.
* **Delete**: Remove the affiliate.

### Adding an Affiliate

To add a new affiliate, click on the **"Add Affiliate"** button. You will be taken to a page where you can enter the affiliate's details:

* **Name**: Enter the affiliate's name.
* **Email**: Enter the affiliate's email.
* **Address**: Enter the affiliate's address.

Click the **"Save"** button to add the affiliate.

### Understanding Affiliates

#### What is an Affiliate?

An affiliate is a person or entity that you can link to a QR code. When a QR code linked to an affiliate is scanned, the scan is attributed to the affiliate. This allows you to reward the affiliate for their contribution after a business conversion due to the QR code being scanned.

#### Benefits of Using Affiliates

* **Track Contributions**: Easily track which affiliates are contributing to your business by monitoring QR code scans.
* **Reward Affiliates**: Reward affiliates for their efforts based on the number of scans and subsequent business conversions.

### Viewing Connected QR Codes

To view the QR codes connected to an affiliate, click on the view icon in the **Action** section. You will see a list of QR codes attributed to that affiliate.
